They were wonderful. Our loved one died in Florida and had to be transferred to Richmond. This funeral home worked with us in a very difficult time. The weather did not cooperate but Chad and Shannon did. We had a small service in the beautiful funeral home. And then moved on to the cemetary. They took their time with us.
